Marketing concepts and presentation materials I employ exude quality: Photography, videography, ad copy, graphic design, and printing are top drawer. In 1996, I won the coveted grand national first prize of the Real Estate Ad Council, for an elegant brochure highlighting exquisite architecture and depiction of the historic Lord Fairfax House. It was an exceptional experience selling the Lord Fairfax House as it was also my very first sale in 1978. I have to admit I love selling these trophy properties and I have sold quite a few. What really drives me, though, is a commitment to first rate client care, whether marketing a waterfront masterpiece or a one bedroom/one bath condo flat.
