When a house is no longer available, you will know as quickly as I do, right when the status changes. You will not be reading last week’s news.
Finding the right home can be a challenge. Before we embark on a property tour, I will first interview you to determine criteria for your search and discuss buyer representation. Representing you allows me to secure the best price and terms; and gives you the flexibility to pay me for my services OR have the seller pay for services for you. To date no one has elected option 1! The interview is also an opportunity for you and me, to see if we will be a good fit working together. Once we decide to join forces, you will be approved for financing and kept apprised of all the details and next steps in the process – on the road home!
With an established plan we’ll enlist my marketplace knowledge, extensive experience and long track record of success to support and guide you as we tour properties. If we do not find the perfect house right away, I will send you notifications when prospective properties enter the market, and you can use this site to conduct your own searches too.
Finding the right home may happen right away or take some time. The moment a buyer client crosses the threshold of the “right home,” revealing a big grin and a twinkle in the eyes, I know, “this is the one” and a contract is prepared.
With a ratified contract and financing in place, I contact and coordinate a team of reputable firms such as title company, home inspector, and pest inspector to process the case. I remain in regular contact with the agent for the seller and lender to coordinate processes. Additionally I regularly update you so you can be confident the case proceeds to closing timely leaving you to focus on the move. I am able to recommend reliable and conscientious moving companies. I have two criteria for the vendors I recommend; do great work and charge a fair price.
